Has my order shipped?
Your order has shipped when the status in your account has been updated to “Complete”. You will also receive an email when this happens. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received this notice. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from when you placed the order.
Shipping Rates are calculated for you during the checkout process. Wonder Forest works with different distributors to ship some of your items. Therefore, items from multiple categories may arrive in separate packages and shipping for each item is labeled separately in your cart. Please be aware that we are seeing extended delivery times in some locations due to Covid-19 and lack of postal staff.

Art Supplies Shipping
Art supplies such as paintbrushes are shipped directly from our studio in Ontario, Canada. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and passing through customs. Generally, orders within Canada can be expected within 5-10 business days. Art supplies shipped to the United States can take anywhere from 7-14 business days on average. Overseas orders are shipped via Air and can take 10-20 business days, depending on your location. Please understand that if you did not purchase insured or tracked shipping at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Once the package leaves our studio, it is the responsibility of your country’s last mile carrier to ensure proper delivery.
Apparel and Art Prints Shipping
Apparel and art prints are packaged and shipped directly from our USA warehouse and each item is made to order. Shipping times within the United States on average take 3-5 business days from the time the order has been marked as Complete.
Home Decor Shipping
Each home decor item is made and printed just for you when you place your order. Home Decor items are produced in our manufacturer’s warehouse in the USA and will ship directly from there. This direct-to-you approach allows us to skip the middlemen and get you your order faster!
All home decor items will be traceable and are shipped via UPS from the United States. Once your purchase has been shipped, you should expect to receive it within:
US Customers: 2-5 days
International Customers: ship times vary by location. Please note that customs and duties charges may be due on delivery and are your responsibility.

Returns or Exchanges
Home Decor: Since each home decor item is processed and printed exclusively for you once the order is placed, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, such as production quality or errors, please get in touch with us immediately and we will correct the issue.
iPhone/Macbook Cases, Books: Please follow any return instructions from our retailer’s site to return directly to them.
You're a Canadian business, why are your prices in USD?
The shop currency is set to USD due to many of our items shipping directly from our US distributors, with the exception of Art Supplies which ship from our Canadian studio. We have taken currency exchange in mind when pricing items fairly. If you are shopping outside of the US, your order will be charged in USD and converted through Paypal or Stripe when you check out. Unfortunately our shop software does not allow for CAD prices on only a few items and USD on the others.
