Wonder Forest works with different distributors to ship some of your items. Therefore, items from multiple categories listed below will arrive in separate packages. Your order has shipped when the status has been updated to “Complete”. Please find information for each category of shipment below.
ART SUPPLIES
Art supplies such as paintbrushes are shipped directly from our studio in Ontario, Canada. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and passing through customs. Generally, orders within Canada can be expected within 2-7 business days. Art supplies shipped to the United States can take anywhere from 3-10 business days on average. Overseas orders are shipped via Air and can take 10-20 business days, depending on your location.
PHONE CASES
iPhone cases packaged and shipped directly from our USA warehouse and each item is made to order. Shipping times within the United States on average take 3-5 business days from the time the order has been marked as Complete.
HOME DECOR
Each home decor item is made just for you when you place your order. Home Decor items are produced in our retail partner’s warehouse in the USA while our tech accessories, such as iPhone/Macbook cases are produced elsewhere. Home Decor items include all home products that are not iPhone related.
Your order has shipped when the status in your account has been updated to “Complete”. You will also receive an email when this happens. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received this notice. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from when you placed the order.
Each product is custom made to order, so your purchase should ship within 3-5 business days.
*All US holiday shipments are guaranteed to arrive prior to the December 24th if ordered by December 14th

All items will be traceable and are shipped via UPS from the United States. Once your purchase has been shipped, you should expect to receive it within:

Please understand that if you did not purchase insured or tracked shipping at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Once the package leaves our studio, it is the responsibility of your country’s last mile carrier to ensure proper delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable in any circumstance.

This direct-to-you approach allows us to skip the middlemen and get you your order faster! All home decor items will be traceable and are shipped via UPS from the United States. Once your purchase has been shipped, you should expect to receive it within:

Need to cancel your order? No worries – let’s help you out!
We work quick around here, which means you have to too! We can’t imagine why you’d want to cancel your order, but should you need to, please contact us within 3 hours of purchasing.
Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders after 3 hours since they are all made to order and ship soon thereafter.
Home Decor: Since each home decor item is processed and printed exclusively for you once the order is placed, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, such as production quality or errors, please get in touch with us immediately and we will correct the issue.
